Unattended Payment Terminal

Onboarding Process

Starting your journey to enable your business to accept contactless payments can initially feel complex and overwhelming. That’s why we’ve created this page—to guide customers through the process, clarify each step, and ensure you always know where we are and what remains to be done.

Initial Consultation

We’ll discuss your specific needs and provide tailored recommendations to fit your business requirements.

Evaluation Kit

Every new customer has to apply for a merchant account with the acquiring bank. The acquiring bank is the regulated financial institution that receives data from the contactless readers and carries out transaction processing with Visa and Mastercard. We’ll assist you with the process and introduce you to an account manager who will guide you through the onboarding process. Please note that information such as names, addresses, bank details and copies of personal and business documentation IDs will be required. This is necessary for banks to verify identity, comply with regulations and meet anti-money laundering standards. At the end of the process, you’ll be issued a unique Merchant ID (MID.)

Merchant Account Setup

Start by ordering our evaluation kit which includes contactless payment reader configured to your specifications. This reader doesn’t process real money transactions but operates in a test environment. It allows you to verify the hardware within your POS environment and review the online reporting platforms.

Terminal Deployment

Once you’re satisfied with the Evaluation Kit and your merchant account is active, you can proceed to order the contactless payment readers for real-world “production” use. We’ll deliver and configure the terminals according to your specific requirements. You can also return your Evaluation Kit to us for upgrade to production.

Go Live

Begin accepting contactless payments with confidence, supported by our expert team, who will ensure a smooth and seamless transition.
