Installation is simple but varies depending on your vending machine model. Our terminals are designed for compatibility with most machines, but we recommend confirming with us before ordering.
- Mounting – Secure the Yuzu reader using an EVA mount. Ensure there is no metal surrounding the device, as it may interfere with signal reception.
- Wiring & Connection – For MDB installations with 4G connectivity, connect the communication board to the vending machine using the provided MDB cable. Place the 4G antenna on top of the vending machine for optimal reception.
- Power Supply – The unit is powered either through the MDB line or an external 12V power adapter if required.
Network Setup – when using 4G, simply connect the antenna and power up the terminal. Errors will be displayed on the screen if there are issues with 4G coverage. Our support team is available to assist with any setup questions.

A contract with our acquiring bank is required to process transactions. Details on the onboarding steps can be found here.

- The affected terminal’s identifier – any barcode or TID sticker on the casing

- What is displayed on the screen
