Transfer of personal data
For the purpose of contract fulfilment, personal data collected by us is transferred to the transport company commissioned with the delivery, provided this is required for delivering the goods. For handling of payments, we transfer your payment data to the commissioned credit institution. Copies of all invoices are kept with our chartered accountants and within our accounting software. Customer email addresses are stored in an email delivery software.
We typically email customers up to twice a year to share new product developments relating to products already purchased. Recipients can opt out using the Unsubscribe link present on every email, or instruct us directly by emailing or phoning the company.
Individuals can request to access data, rectify data, restrict processing or automated decision-making, have data transferred or erased. We respond free of charge within 30 days of receiving the request, unless it is deemed unfounded or excessive, which would be communicated to the inquirer.
Collected customer data is stored for up to 7 years, or until a software product relating to delivery of goods, ordering, accounting or email marketing is changed without data transfer, or a customer request for changes or deletion has been actioned.
